CARDIO SCULPT

Women with muscles - attractive? Better than flab, I say. With this, I joined the body sculpture class.

We got two sets of weights and placed them next to our steps. I had taken this class before and once entertained the thought of developing a sought-after stomach grid. That was awhile ago. My taste buds have won over.

Are men attracted to women with low body fat and high muscle content? Or would they rather be cushioned by Renoir's women?

It's not just the looks, but how it feels. I like to trace the well-defined lines of a man's biceps. Oh! Flex for me, please! Without the muscles, I'm just a damsel in distress.
