No password, not funny

I knew I was going to need it someday, but I was too overwhelmed to take the discipline to record the account number, user name, and password. And today, the day before my big trip to the US, I am paying for it.

For traveller who needs Internet connection, ATTBUSINESS is one solution. But you need to know the username and password. Since I last used the facility in October, I've changed laptops. So all the automatic log-in info has been wiped off. Silly me - I didn't save any of it.

So now, I am panicking. I called their various support numbers. No luck. They cannot help me even with my credit card.

What am I to do for the next three weeks?
